Refund policy
Delivery
Deliveries are made in mainland FRANCE. Most jewelry is handmade. As a result, the preparation time for each order can vary from 24 to 72 hours.
Once ready, your order will be sent by post:
- By letter followed (FRANCE) in 3-4 working days.
- By colissimo (FRANCE) in 3-4 working days.
Each order contains the jewel(s) and packaging guaranteeing protection.
Delivery is free for orders exceeding a total of 100 euros, in FRANCE.
Exchanges and returns
Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged.
For all other jewelry, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return jewelry that does not suit you.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
_ If one or more pieces of jewelry do not suit you:
1. Complete the returns form or specify your order reference in your return.
2. Pack the jewelry and the return form in thick packaging so that they are protected during transport.
3. Send the jewelry to the following address: Les Petites Pépites by LAU - 3 rue raouli, 81660 PONT-DE-L'ARN
You will be refunded within 10 working days of receipt and validation of your return.
Please note: Damaged or worn jewelry cannot be returned or refunded. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
_ If you wish to exchange one of your jewelry, send an email to the following address: lppbylau@gmail.com
_ If your order was damaged during its delivery, please send an email to the following address: lppbylau@gmail.com accompanied by a photo upon receipt of the damaged package and your order number within a period of 5 working days from receipt of the package.
After this period, no request can be taken into consideration.
In the event that the package tracking indicates "delivered", but the customer claims not to have received the package. The customer must complete a sworn declaration of “non-receipt” of the package and provide proof of identity. Les Petites Pépites by LAU will then return the package in full.
